As a mission-driven, nonprofit organization established in 2002, C.H.O.I.C.E.S. remains committed to being a parent and child Obesity Prevention Resource. Childhood obesity rates in the state of Georgia are on the decline. While Georgia was once Number 2 in the country with the highest childhood obesity rates, we have moved down to Number 17 in 2017. C.H.O.I.C.E.S. celebrates having a positive impact on these declining rates. We are ‘supercharged’ to continue the journey towards eliminating childhood obesity and replacing that with healthy lifestyles and food choices. On behalf of our entire C.H.O.I.C.E.S. Team, I hope that you will be a part of our mission and support our work through sponsorship, donations and volunteerism.
