I hope you enjoyed your Memorial Day holiday weekend! I had fun swimming in the pool, walking the dog, and playing billiards. Afterwards, I logged into my PALA account to input my activity and I got over 600 points! It is so easy for those points to add up, and it helps me to feel accomplished when I see my activities written out. I am also tracking my nutrition goal which is to drink more water instead of sugary drinks.
